Appliance Guides

Video Requirements

EVE Park support was receiving a high amount of repeat questions from residents in regards to their appliances. I was tasked with creating video guides which could be integrated into the resident portal. I created a total of 17 videos walking through how to use each appliance. Once implemented, customer support reported a 60% decrease in repeat questions.
